We collect the manufacturer, model and symptoms, then confirm whether the work fits our capabilities and parts support.
The unit is tested under load: fault codes read, power draw measured, and each subsystem checked rather than assumed.
You receive what failed, what did not, and what the repair involves before anything is authorized.
Work starts only after you approve the estimate. No approved authorization, no repair.
Parts are sourced through manufacturer channels where available, with lead time confirmed before the repair runs.
The machine is run through a full operating cycle before release, not simply powered on and returned.
Requests are reviewed before acceptance. Do not ship equipment until arrangements are confirmed.

We are building service relationships with robotics manufacturers who need dependable technical representation in Northeast Ohio — regional service, warranty work, product setup, ship-in repairs and ongoing technical support.

From motorcycle maintenance and performance work to everyday e-bike repairs, Speed Farm Garage provides professional diagnostics, mechanical service, and technical expertise. Everyday maintenance riders are just as welcome as performance and race-build customers.
Built in the shop, proven on the track. Every season of the Speed Farm race program is developed in-house, by the same team that services customer machines.
