By accessing and using The Speed Farm website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Speed Farm provides motocross training, facility access, equipment sales, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking or order.

3. Assumption of Risk

Motocross and off-road riding are inherently dangerous activities that can result in serious injury or death. By participating in any Speed Farm activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants must sign a liability waiver before riding.

4. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings require advance payment or deposit
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows forfeit their booking fee
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to weather or safety concerns

5. Safety Rules

All participants must:

Wear appropriate safety gear including helmet at all times
Follow all instructions from Speed Farm staff
Not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
Respect other riders and facility property

6. Equipment

Participants are responsible for their own equipment unless renting from Speed Farm. Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Damage to rental equipment may result in additional charges.

7. Purchases

All sales are final unless the item is defective. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of The Speed Farm and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Speed Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or facilities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
